Welcome to the adaptation of WOYZECK, presented to you by the 3rd Year CISPA students, under the direction of Lars Henning.

Witness the unfolding of the double nature of so-called human beings, paraded in the absurd circus of life, and guided by none other than the Show Woman herself.

Expect the unexpected! – a horse genius, a Finnish shaman, religious fanatics, a dancing monkey, an Icelandic high priestess of horror, saucy nursery rhymes, lion taming, and perhaps even a revolutionary rat!

Woyzeck tells the story of a low-ranking soldier struggling to survive in a harsh and unjust world. Through his encounters with authority, poverty, and love, the play explores themes of social inequality, human dignity, and the fragility of the mind. It’s a raw and haunting portrayal of how society can drive an ordinary person over the edge.
